- Darth Vader's face mask can be removed from the helmet - which then reveals Luke Skywalker's face behind it
- The face mask fits well - you can barely make out that it is its own removable piece
- The soft-goods robe can be removed
- The red lightsaber fits well into Darth Vader's left hand - it doesn't fit into Vader's right hand
- The paint job on the figure is overall well done - with exception of both shoulder bells
- The shoulder bells should have been painted all black - but they do have some silver on them
- Luke Skywalker's face is sculpted well - and it's nice that more of Luke's right side of the face is revealed than the left - just like it was seen in The Empire Strikes Back
- The figures keeps its balance well without falling over easily when on display
