MORE INFORMATION

This Malakili Rancor Keeper figure was released during the Legacy Collection in 2009's Return Of The Jedi wave. Malakili can be seen in Jabba's Palace crying after Luke Skywalker killed his pet Rancor.

This Malakili figure is super articulated with 14 joints, including ball-joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. The figure stands securely on its own without the need for a stand. The figure can hold the force pike quite well in both hands, and the soft-plastic headdress fits well, but loosely over the head.

The paint job is cleanly applied and well done, giving Malakili chest hair and nipples! The figure could have been given a dirtier look, but the way it is works just fine for any Jabba diorama. Overall, who knew that Star Wars collectors would get a super articulated Rancor Keeper one day? This version of the character is superior to it's predecessors from the vintage and POTF2 lines and will please fans of Jabba's palace for sure!
