MORE INFORMATION

Galen Marek (Starkiller) in his Ceremonial Outfit was released in 2008 as part of an Evolution 3-pack in the 30th Anniversary Collection, together with 2 other versions of him. The set was later repacked in 2009's Legacy Collection. Galen Marek is the main character in The Force Unleashed video game, and he is seen wearing many different outfits, with the Ceremonial Outfit being a bonus outfit, which can be unlocked.

Marek is super articulated with 14 joints, but unfortunately Hasbro decided to give the figure swivel instead of ball-joints in the elbows. Other swivel joints can be found in both forearms, the waist and both legs. The neck, both shoulders, knees and ankles are ball-jointed. The Jedi stands pretty well on his own without the need for a stand. The lightsaber, and the lightsaber hilt fit very well into Starkiller's left hand, but they are both very likely to fall out of his right. The hilt can be stowed away in a non-removable holster, which is located on the right side of the waist. It's a very tight fit, and you might have to pull hard to get it out, and push it hard to get it in. The hard-plastic hood is easily removable and just sits on top of the head. It's a good fit and covers the entire head well. The figure has two soft-goods cloths hanging from both arms which can also be removed.

Starkiller is kept in a pristine condition without any weathering on the figure. Basically, the only colors you find on the outfit is brown, and off-white on the upper body, a lighter white on the soft-goods skirt and some gray colors no the forearms. The mold is nicely done, and the face looks pretty close to what Sam Witwer, the actor who portrayed Galen Marek, looks like. The face sculpt is also very different from other Galen Marek figures in that it shows a "happy/good version" of him with a different hair style. All in all, this Galen Marek in Ceremonial Outfit is a good figure, which should please fans of The Force Unleashed video game.
