The Clone Wars
Star Wars: The Clone Wars began airing on November 7, 2003 on national TV with only three minute long episodes. The Tartakovsky 2-D animation style was well received by fans and Lucasfilm decided to tell more stories from the Clone Wars era in a new animation series which launched on October 3, 2008.
