Rogue Squadron pilot Plourr Ilo was released in March of 2010's The Legacy Collection, in a comic 2-pack together with Dllr Nep. The comic 2-pack was exclusively available through online retailers and coudln't be bought in regular stores. Plourr Ilo is featured in the Dark Horse comic book series X-Wing Rogue Squadron.
The figure is super articulated with 14 joints, including a ball-jointed neck, shoulders, elbows, waist, knees and ankles. The only swivel joints are in both forearms. The X-Wing helmet is a very loose fit and when the figure is being moved, there is a good chance that the helmet repositions itself. It's also a little short in the back, showing most of the figure's neck. The blaster is a fantastic fit for the holster, and it also fits very well into both of the figure's hands. The chest box is permanently attached to the flight suit. The cable hanging down from it is also permanently attached, however, it can be unplugged from the flight suit.
Plourr Ilo's paint application is cleanly applied with no smudges or paint errors, and the X-Wing suit is kept in a pristine condition without any dirt or battle markings. The head sculpt is well done, and is close enough to the character from the comic book series to please fans. Overall, this super articulated Plourr Ilo figure is another fine addition to the steadily growing X-Wing Rogue Squadron posse. Besides the very loose sitting helmet, there is little to complain about here!
