MORE INFORMATION

  • This Yak Face figure was released packed-in with Jabba's Sail Barge in February 2019
  • This specific figure, which included a drinking glass, staff and collectors coin, was only available bundled together with Jabba's Sail Barge
  • Hasbro made the same figure available single carded at regular retail, but on different packaging and without the coin and drinking glass
  • You can use the comparison tool to look at both figures side-by side
  • There are some differences between both figures if you ever need to differentiate between the two: the HasLab Yak Face has numbers printed onto the bottom of the left foot (regular version doesn't) and the production numbers printed on the back of the left thigh are different
  • Here are comparison images: back of left thigh and bottom of left foot
  • Yak Face's staff fits well into the right hand (it doesn't fit into the left)
  • Yak Face is able to hold the staff with both hands at the same time which looks cool
  • The soft-goods clothing is not removable
  • Yak Face is currently one of the most articulated action figures in The Vintage Collection, it has swivel thighs and a double ball-jointed neck
  • Hasbro sculpted Yak Face beautifully and the height with 4.5" is impressive
  • The paint application was extra ordinarily well applied with lots of weathering on the outfit and different skin tones, it was even painted with a slightly wet nose if you look closely
  • This Yak Face is such a cool figure, it has it all, it's super articulated with well hidden joints, the character likeness is spot-on, the paint application is fantastic and the Kenner inspired packaging (with Power Of The Force coin!) is the icing on top!

PACKAGING TEXT

One of Jabba the Hutt's top agents, very little is known about the mysterious Saelt-Marae or his specific connection to the crime lord. He could often be found hanging out in Jabba's desert palace, but was for the most part a very secretive individual. A member of the Yarkora species, Saelt-Marae was particularly adept at getting information out of people and ingratiating himself with the likes of Jabba and other influential beings in power.
