This Death Star Droid (MB-RA7) figure was released in wave 4 in 2008's Legacy Collection as a build-a-droid figure.
The Protocol Droid has 10 joints, missing articulated ankles and wrists. Ankle articulation would have been important here, because the left leg is a little shorter than the right, which results in balancing issues. Since there are no joints in the ankles to re-adjust the stance, you will need to use a stand if you don't want to the figure to fall over every time you move it. The paint application is a dull silver without any scratches, dirt or battle markings and it really does look a bit plain once you look at the droid closer.
Hasbro didn't include any weapons or accessories with the figure. All in all, this MB-RA7 figure is just an average Protocol Droid with a simple paint job, no accessories and balancing problems. And since MB-RA7 was never seen in any official Star Wars materials, it's difficult to get overly excited about this figure.
There was no packaging text for MB-RA7. The figure was a BAD (build-a-droid) figure and could only be obtained when figures with all the individual parts were purchased and then assembled.
