MORE INFORMATION

  • This Black Series Jawa figure was released exclusively at Amazon.com in March 2021 single carded
  • The figure is a repaint of the very first Black Series Jawa figure from 2017 with a brand new soft-goods robe
  • Hasbro painted the figure in a much lighter color to match the original 1978 Kenner Jawa figure
  • The Jawa's hood and the plastic robe underneath the soft-goods are not removable
  • It's possible to remove the soft-goods robe by pulling it off the figure from underneath the chest strap, but it's tricky to do and hard to put it back on the figure
  • The strap with the pouches across the figure's chest is its own piece and can be moved around a little, but it's not possible to take it off without breaking the figure or the strap
  • The figure came with one ION blaster which is permanently attached to a power pack and to the strap
  • The weapon fits into the holster but it's a very tight fit
  • The Jawa can hold the weapon in his hands, but he can't hold it in a shooting pose
  • Hasbro detailed this Jawa nicely, there are fringes on the end of the sleeves, wrinkles in the clothing and small sculpted details on the ION Blaster's power pack and the pouches across the chest on the back
  • Hasbro gave the figure ball-jointed hips and knees, even though the legs can't be adjusted due to the plastic robe being in the way
  • The figure stands well on display without falling over
  • Overall, this Jawa figure is a nice tribute to the original 3 3/4" 1978 Jawa figure
