Ewok Leektar was released in wave 1 of 2008's The Legacy Collection together with baby Ewok Nippet. The character could be seen in The Return Of The Jedi in the Ewok Village on Endor.
Leektar has 10 joints total, missing elbow and knee joints. This is very likely due to the small size of the figure and the very short arms and legs. Hasbro gave Leektar a removable headdress, which fits very tightly over the Ewoks head. The knife and the wooden club fit both well into the figure's hands. The knife can be put away into a little holster on the left side of the figure's belt. The belt is glued-on the figure in one place and can't be removed.
Leektar's paint application is very well done. The Ewok's body itself is a very dark brown with some highlights, and the headdress features different brownish colors with various darker shades of brown.
All in all, this Ewok figure is very detailed, it has a nice paint job, and came with quite a few accessories. This figure can easily be recommended!
Leektar is all too familiar with the threats of stormtroopers, having earlier saved an Ewok scouting expedition from attacking stormtroopers. Nippet the wokling is too young to take part in the Battle of Endor, but is delighted by the victory celebration that takes place in her village.
