MORE INFORMATION

This Pons Limbic figure was released in early 2009 in The Legacy's Collection wave 5, which was focused on characters from the original Star Wars movie. Pons Limbic "Brainiac" could be seen in one cantina scene when Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke walk into the cantina. If you blink you'll miss him! However, the character did get a very brief close-up in the TV Holiday Special.

The figure is super articulated with 14 joints, including a ball-joint in the neck, ball-joints in the shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. The all silver Han Solo type blaster fits very well into both of the figure's hands. In order to fit it well into the holster on the left side of the belt, you'll need to put the blaster in backwards so that the scope fits through the little hole. If you do that, the blaster will fit quite well.

The paint application is simple without any kind of dirt or battle markings on the figure. However, it's cleanly applied especially around Pons Limbic's eyes. The figure's head sculpt is very well done, and matches the movie version very well.

All in all, this Pons Limbic figure is great. The paint application might be a bit simple, but the figure looks like the character, it's super articulated, and it came with nice accessories to expand your cantina diorama. This character has never been released before in action figure form, so if you are looking to add some variety to your set up, you might want to consider getting this version.

PACKAGING TEXT

Cantina patron Pons Limbic can calculate hyperspace coordinates in his head without a computer, a common ability among his species. Like all Siniteen, Pons has a large, ridged head that resembles cerebral lobes, giving him a super-intelligent appearance and earning him the nickname GÇ£BrainiacGÇ¥ by his fellow Cantina denizens.
