- Halloween Droid R5-B0019 was released as part of a 4-pack in August 2022 exclusively through Disney Parks and ShopDisney.com
- The other droids in this set were R2-B00, R3-B0017 and R4-B0018
- This droid is a re-release of the single carded R5-B0019 droid from 2019, but this time Disney included a bat hat accessory which can be plugged into a hole in the top of the dome
- R4-BOO19 is themed after Halloween skeleton costumes
- The droid can glow in the dark
- Disney painted the mechanical details underneath the dome black
- The droid can be taken apart into the dome, two outer legs, one middle leg and one body
- There are no hidden gadgets or panels on the body which can be opened
