• This Disney Droid Factory C1-940 droid was released single carded on September 9th, 2022 exclusively at Disney's D23 convention in Anaheim, CA
• The figure could also be found at Disney Stores in International markets after the convention
• The name C1-940 and the colors on the droid pay homage to Disney's 1940 release of Fantasia
• For C1-940 Disney used their build-a-droid sculpt, this allows for the droid to be taken apart into the dome, 2 legs, the body and the middle leg with the wheel
• Essentially this C1 astromech droid is a re-release of the C1-10P "Chopper" droid from 2017 (without the booster rocket and the 3rd outer leg)
• The antenna can be removed from the dome
• The two "arms" which stick out of the sides of the dome can be removed
• Disney included two arm/tool extensions which can be plugged into those already existing arms in the dome
• The dome can be rotated 360°
• The yellow arm in the front of the body can be moved out
• The figure keeps its balance very well
• This Mickey Mouse inspired droid was among the more difficult figures to acquire in 2022 due to its very limited availability, it was never sold online through ShopDisney.com
