This Nien Nunb figure was released during The Legacy Collection's Return Of The Jedi wave in October 2009. Nien Nunb was co-piloting the Millennium Falcon during the attack on the 2nd Death Star. He could be seen wearing the B-Wing pilot flight suit during the rebel briefing prior to the attack.
The figure has 14 articulated joints, including a ball-jointed waist. The B-Wing helmet fits firmly onto Nien Nunb's head and over his ears. It's a pretty tight fit, but with patience it can be removed or put on. The entire B-Wing suit is kept in a clean appearance without any dirt or battle markings. The head sculpt is fantastic and has one of the best paint applications yet with subtle brownish colors, giving Nien Nunb a more realistic appearance. The blaster fits well into both of the hands and thanks to ball-joints in the ankles and the knees you won't have any balancing problems.
The cable running from the life-support chest box can be plugged into the B-Wing suit on Nien Nunb's left side, and the cable going from the right side of the suit can be attached into the mouth piece of the helmet.
Overall, this Nien Nunb action figure is another great release. It's a nicely detailed figure which is super articulated, and Nien Nunb is one of the coolest looking aliens in the Star Wars universe! This figure will make a great addition to your rebel pilots!
Nien Nunb is a B-Wing pilot who attends the Rebel Alliance briefing prior to the Battle of Endor. Because of his great skills as a pilot and navigator, he is later given the temporary assignment of co-pilot for the Millennium Falcon during this crucial battle.
