This Padme Amidala figure was released during The Clone Wars Collection in October 2009 and is based on Padme's appearance from the first season's Clone Wars animated episode "Destroy Malevolence".
Padme has a total of 12 joints, only lacking joints in the ankles. Due to the figure's petite stature it stands very shaky on its legs and you might want to use a stand for more stability. The included blaster fits into both of Padme's hands, but sits a little bit loose. This goes as well for the other bigger, harpoon-like blaster rifle with a shooting projectile. If you manage for Padme to hold it, you most definitely will need a stand to balance the figure due to the weight and size of the weapon. The belt is an individual piece which can be plugged into a hole in Padme's back. Even though it's an individual piece it can not be removed from the figure. The holster on the right side of the belt holds the blaster well, but it might sit a bit too high as it almost touches Padme's arm pit.
The paint job is cleanly applied, especially the facial area is well done. All in all it's a nicely done Padme Amidala figure in "animated style", which looks very closely to the version in the Clone Wars TV show. There are lots of nice details to be found, from the braided hair on the back, the slight ripples on the shirt's sleeves to the insignia on the left side of the vest. All these details round the figure out nicely, and if next time Hasbro manages to add ankle joints for more balance, and make her hold the weapons better, it'll rank higher. But even despite that, it's a nice figure.
Padme becomes a hostage aboard the Malevolence, the deadly Separatist ship commanded by General Grievous. The courageous senator escapes her captors and contacts nearby Republic forces. She and C-3PO avoid battle droids to rendezvous with her rescuers, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
