This Major Panno figure was released during The Legacy Collection in October 2009. Major Panno can be seen sitting in the Rebel's Briefing room before the attack on the second death star.
Major Panno has a total of 14 joints, including joints in the neck, both shoulders, elbows, wrists, the waist, both legs, knees and ankles! Thanks to ankle and knee joints, you can adjust the figure's stance easily so you won't have to deal with balancing issues. All accessories are a good fit. The blaster and the tool fit well into both hands without support from a rubber band. The goggles are a tight fit, but they do fit very well covering Major Panno's eyes. The soft-goods cape has no wires in it, but it can be adjusted easily to make it less bulky. The entire head sculpt looks fantastic, and the paint application compliments it nicely.
All in all, this Major Panno action figure is superb. It's a super articulated figure with a great paint application, great character likeness, and lots of accessories. Best of all, thanks to joints in the knees, you'll be able to add the figure to your rebel briefing diorama in a sitting position the way he was seen in the movie!
Major Panno is a Dressellian tactician who works with General Crix Madine to plan commando strikes for the Rebel Alliance. He assists Madine in planning the shield generator strike on Endor that helps destroy the second Death Star.
