Hondo Ohnaka was released in February 2010 in the basic Clone Wars figure assortment. He was packed together with Pilf Mukmuk, a Kowakian monkey lizard who's his pet. Ohnaka can be seen in various episodes, including Dooku Captured and The Gungan General from the first season of the Clone Wars TV show.

The figure has 8 points of articulation, lacking adjustable wrists, knees and ankles. The included pirate sword is a good fit for both hands, and Hondo Ohnaka can hold the pirate blaster nicely as well. Hondo Ohnaka's coat has a "pocket" on the left-hand side, where the blaster can be stowed away. Pilf Mukmuk, the included monkey lizard, can be placed around the neck where he can either sit on the left or the right side of Hondo Ohsaka's head. The goggles and Hondo Ohsaka's hat can't be removed and are glued in place.

The details in the mold are well done, especially the head sculpt stands out and looks dead on when compared to the character in the TV show. The paint application is well done on the outside of the figure, but it feels a bit simple looking underneath the coat with a plain white shirt and simple brown pants (not a big deal). Overall, it's a great action figure based on an awesome looking character. Ankles and knees would have been nice so you can give the figure a better stance, but despite that, there is not much to dislike! If you like more obscure looking aliens, then this Hondo Ohnaka figure shouldn't miss in your Clone Wars collection!

Honda Ohnaka is the leader of a band of Weequay pirates and is always accompanied by Pilf Mukmuk, his Kowakian monkey lizard. The pirate chief captures Count Dooku and plans to demand a large ransom for the return of the powerful Separatist leader.
