This Clone Trooper Jek figure was released in early 2010 in the basic Clone Wars figure assortment. The clone can be seen in the first season of the Clone Wars TV Show's episode "Ambush".
The figure is a repaint of the previously Walmart exclusive Clone Trooper Jek from 2009. This time Jek has a tattoo on the back of the head, which was not present on the previous release. His ammo belt is also painted with different accents. Besides these differences, both figures are identical. However, instead of 6 accessories like the previous release, Jek now has 5 accessories, which are a removable helmet, an ammo belt which plugs into the figure's back, 2 blasters which fit well into the holsters and a bigger gatling-type laser gun.
All in all, this Clone Trooper Jek figure is pretty close to what the character looked like in the TV show. The most prominent difference is that Jek in the TV show looked pretty beat up and dirty, while this figure of him is all clean. However, the overall aesthetics of the character are captured very well, which makes this yet again another super articulated Clone Trooper figure that will surely please fans of the Clone Wars animated show.

Here is a comparison shot of the back of both heads.
Clone Trooper Jek is part of a team that is ambushed by battle droids on Rugosa. He doesn't believe his small group can succeed against the heavily armed droids, but Yoda shows him that his mind is also a powerful weapon and can be used to out-think the droids
