• Kylo Ren (Unmasked) was released individually boxed on September 30, 2016
• The figure is a re-release of the San Diego Comic Con 2016 exclusive unmasked Kylo Ren minus the accessories (the figure also has a different production imprint on the bottom of the left foot)
• This version of Kylo Ren did not include a banner with flag, a melted Darth Vader helmet or a Kylo Ren helmet like the exclusive San Diego Comic Con version did
• In comparison to the previously singled boxed Black Series Kylo Ren, this version was given a new belt which can be taken off the figure
• The belt now has a hole on the side where Kylo Ren's lightsaber hilt can be plugged in
• Now that the belt can be opened it's easy to remove the soft-goods cloak, if that's what you'd like to do
• The soft-goods cloak turned out well and doesn't feel overly bulky
• The head sculpt is done nicely and it reflects Adam Driver's more distinct facial features (e.g. big nose)
• Kylo Ren is able to hold both lightsabers well in his hands
• The plastic cape around the neck is removable
• While photographing the figure for the database we experienced no balancing issues
• Hasbro painted the figure quite well, but the face would have benefited from a little bit more color
• This version of Kylo Ren turned out nicely, but if you can afford Hasbro's Black Series 6" exclusive San Diego Comic Con 2016 version, then buy that one because it came with more accessories
