MORE INFORMATION

This Mandalorian Warrior with Mandalorian Speeder was released in The Clone Wars Deluxe line in August 2010. In the Clone Wars TV Show, Mandalorian Warriors had their first appearance in the episode "The Mandalore Plot", from the second season.

The figure is ultra-articulated with 14 points of articulation, with all movable parts being ball-jointed. There is not a single swivel joint in the figure. Besides the die, game card, stand and speeder, Hasbro included 2 blasters and a jet-pack. Unfortunately, the blasters are made out of very soft plastic, and while they fit into the holster on the right side of the hip, neither of them fits into the left holster. Luckily though, both weapons fit well into the figure's hands. The jet-pack plugs in nicely into the back of the figure, and stays firmly attached. The Mandelorian Helmet is not removable.

The paint application and color tone on the Mandelorian Warrior is well done and matches the Clone Wars version very well. The included Mandelorian Speeder is also fantastic and great fun all around. You might have problems getting the figure to sit on it with the feet on the foot rest, but that's not a big issue. All in all, besides the blaster not fitting into the left holster, it's a great set with a cool vehicle and a super articulated Mandalorian Warrior.

PACKAGING TEXT

Mandalorian commandos in the Death Watch splinter group ride security speeders for quick-strike attacks. Like all Mandalorians, they are highly skilled warriors who have perfected the art of battle. Their repulsorlift speeders are customized with binders to capture enemies during raids. The design of their helmets pays homage to battle helmets worn by Mandalorian warriors in the past.
