Hasbro released a lot of information yesterday about up-coming figures and we now have the press release and official images here so let's take a look at all the figures, including the release dates, prices and where you can buy them. Right off the bat it's easy to see that yet again the focus for Hasbro is on The Black Series 6" line with six announcements and the 3.75" action figure line takes a backseat with two announcements.
The press release sent to J.B. contained a surprise, and that was that the pricing listed for the newly revealed Black Series 6" and Vintage Collection 3.75" figures was lowered again. If you remember, the press release from October 2019 revealed that Hasbro was going to increase the price in 2020 for The Black Series from $19.99 to $21.49 and for the Vintage Collection from $12.99 to $13.99 for each figure. The new press release however lists TBS again at $19.99 and TVC at $12.99 each.
One of the most wished-for figures in the Black Series 6" line was The Mandalorian in Beskar armor, and Hasbro will release this figure in the Fall of 2020 in the basic assortment for $19.99. Pre-orders have not gone live yet. The figure will apparently come with four accessories, a removable plastic cape, a blaster, a blaster rilfe and a jet-pack. Unfortunately the armor doesn't look at shiny as we would like it to, but it looks good nonetheless. The figure will have a working holster and storage for the blaster rifle on the back.

Admiral Ackbar in his Return Of The Jedi outfit was another Black Series figure announced yesterday and just like the Mandalorian in Beskar armor, Ackbar will be part of the basic assortment in Fall 2020 and cost $19.99. Pre-orders have not gone live yet. The only accessory included with Admiral Ackbar will be a blaster. This by the way is the second time Ackbar will be released in The Black Series line, the first one was based on his appearance in The Last Jedi, you can find the database entry here.

We've all been waiting for the first Ewok to make its appearance in the Black Series for a while and the time has finally come! Teebo will be released single boxed in the basic assortment for $19.99 this Fall. The press release states that the Ewok will come with three accessories, which looks to be the wooden staff, the knife and possibly a removable headdress (or maybe the harness around the body?).

Darth Vader based on the Empire Strikes Back will be released in the basic assortment for $19.99 this Fall. There are subtle differences in the armor when compared to the ANH version, the easiest way to spot what outfit you are looking at is by looking at the way Darth Vader wears the inner robe. In Empire he has it underneath the chest armor while in ANH it's above the armor. We also get a differently painted chest box button (now blue like in the movie instead of green). It's unclear if the chest box will have the writing underneath the buttons (doesn't look like it will), or if the helmet was resculpted.

The carbonized series which launched last year on Triple Force Friday with four figures was a success, and so it's no surprise that this sub-line of The Black Series will continue with two new additions. In Spring 2020 we will see a carbonized Boba Fett and a carbonized Stormtrooper which will join the carbonized Mandalorian, Second Sister, Jet Trooper and Sith Trooper. Each figure will cost $24.99 and they can be pre-ordered through Entertainment Earth and other online retailers already (check it out: Carbonized Boba Fett | Carbonized Stormtrooper). Those figures will not be available through regular brick and mortar stores like Target or Walmart.
Both figures are repaints of the previously available figures, and somebody in our Jedi Business Community group on Facebook pointed out that Boba Fett looks a bit like a Holiday glass ornament :)

Unforuntately we only saw two reveals for The Vintage Collection (more announcements to come of course throughout the year), but both figures are brand new interpretations of awesome characters. Clone Commander Wolffe from The Clone Wars needed an update and K2-SO from Rogue One was never released super articulated before. Both figures will join the Vintage Collection in the Fall of 2020 and we can't wait to see what they look like on their cardbacks. Pre-orders have opened up on Entertainment Earth (get Commander Wolffe here, get K2-SO here).
Clone Commander Wolffe will come with two blasters and a removable helmet while K2-SO will include a blaster.
