We are currently moving towards 10,000 backers (9,400 as of this post) for Hasbro's HasLab Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Razor Crest campaign on HasbroPulse.com, and once this goal is reached it'll unlock the second tier which is an exclusive single carded The Child figure.

There have been several posts online regarding the exclusivity of Hasbro's current HasLab Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Razor Crest campaign. Some fans have found a listing on a wholesale website which is taking preorders for the Razor Crest, which indicates that the vehicle will be available at other places than HasbroPulse.com. However, this is not the case, and here is the official statement from Hasbro:

J.B.: Could you please clarify if Hasbro's Razor Crest is exclusive to Hasbro Pulse? There is a wholesale distributor offering it up for pre-order (link).

Hasbro/Litzky: Confirming the product is exclusive to Hasbro Pulse in the US. The HasLab Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Razor Crest will only be available for purchase within the crowdfunding window (September 25, 2020 – November 9, 2020 @ 11:59pm ET). Purchases can be made exclusively through Hasbro Pulse in the U.S. & Canada and in the coming weeks at select participating retailers internationally.

This should put any rumors to rest, if you are in the United States/Canada you can only get the Razor Crest through HasbroPulse.com during the pre-order window, you have until 11:59pm EST on November 9th 2020, you can back it here.
