ReedPop! announced health and safety measures for Emerald City Comic Con today which is being held in December 2021 in Seattle, WA. ECCC has an annual attendance of close to 100k fans, and since ReedPop! organizes Star Wars Celebration, this might be a foreshadowing of what we can expect in May 2022 in Anaheim.
To our ECCC community,
We’ve made an important update to our health and safety guidelines for Emerald City Comic Con 2021.
In order to provide the safest event possible for all who attend, we will be requiring proof of full vaccination with an FDA or WHO approved vaccine or proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test to enter ECCC.
Full vaccination means that the day of your entry to ECCC must be at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose with an FDA or WHO approved vaccine. For unvaccinated attendees – a rapid COVID-19 test must be taken within six hours of the event start time on each day of entry to the event, and PCR COVID-19 tests must be taken within 72 hours of each day of entry to the event.
You can read more about these updates on our website.
We will continue our commitment to review our health and safety guidelines in accordance with public health recommendations.
As always, thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the safe return of ECCC. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to the WSCC in December.
