• This 6" Black Series Stormtrooper With Blast Accessories was released in May 2018 in international markets
• Later it made its way to the United States exclusively to Disney Stores and during the Fall of 2019 it was also available exclusively through the Fan Channel
• This was the fifth time that Hasbro released a Stormtrooper from the original trilogy in The Black Series 6" line
• Here are the other four Stormtroopers released previously: 2014 Stormtrooper, 2015 Stormtrooper (Amazon 4-Pack), 2017 Stormtrooper (40th Anniversary), 2017 Stormtrooper (basic assortment)
• The figure still has a hole in the back which has no function (the sculpt is based on a Sandtrooper sculpt and originally a backpack could be plugged into the back)
• This time around Hasbro changed up the paint application on the figure with dirt on the chest, the right shoulder bell and the top of the helmet, the rest of the armor and the entire back is clean
• The blaster can be stowed away in the holster which is located on the left hip (it's a tight fit, but it works)
• There is no head underneath the helmet
• Even though the shoulders are ball-jointed, the shoulder armor limits how far the arms can go up
• The belt is not removable
• The Stormtrooper stands well on his own without any balancing issues
• Hasbro included 2 explosion accessories which look great and are new sculpts (they are different from the Centerpiece figures)
• Included with the Stormtrooper was a display stand (a first for The Black Series 6" line!)

• Hasbro also included a blast effect which can be attached to the blaster's nozzle, this way the Stormtrooper can be displayed firing or holding the weapon
• The attempt to include diorama pieces and display stands with figures is welcome and we think this set is well worth picking up
• No word yet how this Stormtrooper will be sold in the United States (it appeared as if this was going to be a Toys'R'Us exclusive at some point)

Stormtroopers are elite sock troops fanatically loyal to the Empire and impossible to sway from the Imperial cause. They were imposing white armor, which offers a wide range of survival equipment and temperature controls to allow the soldiers to survive in almost any environment. Stormtroopers wield blaster rifles and pistols with great skill, and attack in hordes to overwhelm their enemies.
