MORE INFORMATION

  • This 6" Kylo Ren (Battle Damaged) was released on July 19, 2018 packed-in with Rey (Centerpiece)
  • The set was exclusively available at San Diego Comic Con (and like all Hasbro exclusives, a limited number of items will be/was available through HasbroToyShop.com)
  • This Kylo Ren figure is unique from all other released Kylo Ren Black Series figures so far
  • Hasbro used their new face printing technology to give Kylo Ren a more life-like appearance
  • Kylo Ren has a huge cut running from the middle of his face all the way down the neck and onto the right shoulder
  • Ren's upper body has the stab wound which Rey gave him during their lightsaber battle in The Force Awakens, and the blaster injury where Chewbacca hit him with his bowcaster
  • The back of the soft-goods robe was given some battle damage
  • The figure came with a cross-guard lightsaber, a non-ignited lightsaber hilt, a removable soft-goods robe, a removable belt and a base
  • Both lightsabers fit well into Kylo Ren's hands
  • The non-ignited lightsaber hilt can be plugged into the back of the belt
  • It's easy to remove the belt (it unplugs in the front) and take the soft-goods robe off
  • Hasbro gave Kylo Ren's boots and lower robe a snowy paint application, the boots looks great, but the robe could have been painted better
  • Even though Kylo Ren was packed-in with a static and non-movable Rey (Centerpiece) figure, this Kylo Ren is fully poseable, and it even came with a snow base to stand on
  • All in all this is a very scene specific representation of Kylo Ren which Hasbro has never done before and we think it turned out beautifully, the face printing technology looks great on the face and there are enough differences in this figure to make it stand out on the shelf from previous releases
  • Thank you to Hasbro for providing this figure for the database

PACKAGING TEXT

As the ice-covered tundra of Starkiller base crumbles, Rey channels the raw power of the force to defeat the dark warrior, Kylo Ren. Experienced with her salvaged quarterstaff from Jakku, Rey finds that years of practice at hand-to-hand fighting serves her well when she is forced to use a lightsaber in combat.

When her blue-bladed lightsaber - one passed down through generations of Force users - clashes with Kylo Ren's unconventional fiery blade, Rey recalls the words of Maz Kanata: "Close your eyes... feel it. The light. It has always been there. It will guide you.

Though Rey has yet to receive full training, her connection to the Force is as undeniable as she is resilient. While the young scavenger once dismissed herself as "No One," Rey soon realizes that her life is being shaped by the mysterious power of the Force.
