This Logray action figure was released by Kenner in the first quarter of 1998 together with Wicket the Ewok. Logray had been released before in the Star Wars Vintage line, but advances in sculpting and materials show the differences very clearly when compared to this newer version of the Ewok. This version of Logray is quite detailed, and despite being from 1998 holds up remarkably well with star wars figures from 10 years later. Despite the overall good and detailed look, the figure has only 5 movable parts (head, 2 arms, 2 legs), and there are no ball-joints and there is no waist joint. The hard-plastic pouch, the cowl, and the staff are removable, and all accessories fit nicely onto the figure without falling off or hanging loosely. The Ewok can stand safely by himself without the need of a stand. Overall, it's a great addition of a character that had more than just 1 second of screen time in Return Of The Jedi, and it'll fit nicely with all your other Ewoks.
On a side note: This exact same figure was re-released in a battlepack as a Toys'r'us exclusive in 2004, with a slightly better pain application on the figure.
Logray and the Ewoks stand amazed as their new found idol, protocol droid C-3PO, begins to "magically" levitate as Luke Skywalker uses the power of the Force.
