MORE INFORMATION

  • This BT-1 astromech droid was released single boxed in the Black Series line in June 2019
  • BT-1 can be seen in the Doctor Aphra Marvel comic book series
  • For this droid Hasbro re-used the body of the under-scaled R2-D2 figure from 2013
  • There are two doors on the front of the body which can be opened, inside are two arms which can be pulled out
  • The outside panels on the legs can be taken off and the two weapon accessories can be plugged in instead
  • The dome can be rotated 360° which then moves the middle leg in or out of the body
  • There are two panels on the outside of the dome which can be replaced with the two weapon accessories
  • Both weapons have holes on the outside where the dome panels can be attached
  • The big laser cannon has a swivel joint for 360° movement and another swivel joint for up and down movement
  • The other big weapon (rocket launcher?) has a swivel joint for 360° movement and another two swivel joints which lets you move it up and down
  • The antenna on top of the dome is permanently attached and it can't be moved
  • The paint application on the droid looks cool, the gray color gives BT-1 a metallic look and there are silver, blue and red highlights on the body
  • Look at the cool wash and used look which Hasbro added to some of the parts BT-1 high-res pictures
  • Each foot has two wheels in the bottom
  • BT-1 stands well on display in a two or three leg position
  • BT-1 looks mighty cool on display and if you are a fan of the Doctor Aphra comic book series then you need to add this figure to your collection
