TC-70 can be seen in the Clone Wars movie from 2008 as Jabba The Hutt's translator
Hasbro has released this particular droid before as an animated version: Clone Wars TC-70
This version of TC-70 has been cleanly painted and the patterns on the droid match the on-screen counterpart well
Hasbro paid attention to details - even the right hand was given a "silver plating" - just like the character in the Clone Wars cartoon
The droid stands well on its own without help from a display stand
TC-70's joints are well hidden - especially the knee joints
Overall - this version of TC-70 is a somewhat odd choice to release as a "realistic-style" Clone Wars figure - but a welcome addition to the collection nonetheless (especially as a "free" bonus figure)
PACKAGING TEXT
