MORE INFORMATION

Cad Bane was introduced in The Clone Wars episode "Hostage Crisis", which was the cliffhanger finale of season one. The figure has 8 joints total, lacking articulated wrists, knees, and ankles. Cad Bane is molded in a way so that you don't neccessarily need these joints because the figure can stand securely on it's own and it looks pretty cool if you have him just hang his arms down with the blasters drawn.

Hasbro gave Bane two holsters, one on each side, which are not removable. The blasters fit into them nicely. If you remove the little plastic bands which have Cad Bane's blasters attached to his hands you will find that he can't hold the blaster in his right hand, the left hand works fine. The right hand's grip is just a bit too wide, and the blaster keeps falling out. However, Hasbro included a rifle with the figure, and Bane can hold that securely in his right hand.

The hard-plastic cloak is not removable, but the hat for example is. The paint application on the figure is ok, and Bane looks overall nicely detailed. All in all, this Cad Bane action figure looks pretty cool. There is however room for improvement in terms of joints, but if you are a fan of The Clone Wars and like Bounty Hunters, you'll very likely enjoy this version!
