- The other figure in the set was Han Solo
- Chewie's neck is ball-jointed - but because of the long plastic hair - the head can almost not be turned
- The bandolier is part of the figure and not removable
- The Wookiee is able to hold the bowcaster well in both hands
- The bowcaster - which consists of three parts - falls apart easily (a bit annoying when you try to get Chewbacca to hold it)
