This 501st Legion Trooper figure was released single carded in Hasbro's SAGA Legends toy line in 2007
Hasbro has named this character differently on the packaging several times, before it was a Tactical Ops Trooper now for this release the Clone Trooper is named 501st Legion Trooper
There were two different 501st Legion Troopers available in this SAGA LEGENDS series, this one pictured here and one which used a super articulated body without a head underneath the helmet, you can look at it here: 501st Legion Trooper
The SAGA Legends sub-line was a Greatest Hits assortment which included fan favorite and previously released figures
Every SAGA Legends figure during the 30th Anniversary Collection in 2007/2008 included a collectible coin
This 501st Legion Trooper figure is a re-paint of the AT-TE Tank Gunner figure from 2005
The clone trooper helmet fits well over the head
The left shoulder bell can be taken off the figure
The blaster rifle fits well into both hands
Both swivel elbow joints are annoying, by simply trying to re-pose the figure for the photo shoot the arms detached constantly
There is no articulation in the waist
Hasbro painted the figure well and the figure looks cool overall
