MORE INFORMATION

  • Darth Malgus was released individually carded
  • This figure is a re-release of the hard-to-find Darth Malgus VC96 figure from 2012
  • There are very minor paint differences between both figures - most notably in the facial area around the eyes
  • Nothing was intentionally re-painted here - the very - very minor paint differences can simply be explained by a two year gap in-between productions
  • The date stamp is identical with 2011 - but this The Black Series Darth Malgus has a silver part number on the inside of the left thigh
  • The figure captures Darth Malgus' appearance from the Old Republic video game series
  • Darth Malgus' respirator is not removable
  • The two included lightsabers fit well into each of the figure's hands
  • The lightsaber hilt can be plugged into a small hole on the left side of the belt
  • Malgus stands well without a stand
  • The chest armor can be unplugged - which then lets you remove the inner robe
  • Both capes seem to have a good length and don't feel overly bulky
  • The outer soft-goods cloak has a wire in it - which lets you bend the hood around the neck - (this is the only way the cloak is attached - and this works surprisingly well)
  • The paint application on the shoulder armor and the facial area is nicely done
