MORE INFORMATION

  • This Disney Store exclusive Elite Series Probe Droid was released on May 5th 2020
  • The Probe Droid came with a display stand which lets the droid "float" in the air
  • The clear see-through pole is permanently attached to the bottom of the droid
  • The display stand is identical with the one which was released with every other Disney Elite Series figure, but this one was slightly painted with "scratches" which adds a used look to it
  • There were two antennas included which can be plugged into the top of the head, once they are in place they cannot be moved
  • The head can be rotated 360°
  • Even though the head and the body are made out of metal, the arms are made out of plastic
  • There are five arms on the Probe Droid, and each arm can rotate 360° and move up and down by the "shoulder"
  • Each arm also has an elbow joint which allows for up and down movement
  • The arms also have claws which can be moved up and down, but none of them can be closed to grab something
  • There are two arms which have two additional joints in the middle which allows for extra up and down movement
  • The only removable parts on the droid are the two antennas on the top of the head
  • The Probe Droid's body, along with all the arms, was painted quite well with scratches and some wear on it
  • This Disney Elite Series release was a nice surprise on Star Wars Day in 2020, and a great release just in time for the 40th of The Empire Strikes Back!
