• GNK Droid EG-01 was released in the Droid Depot Droids 5-pack in November 2020 exclusively at Disney's Galaxy's Edge in Florida and California
• The set could also be found at the Trading Outpost at Downtown Disney next to Disneyland California (at the time of this release the park was still closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
• The other droids in this multipack were C2-B9, L4-R6, B-R72 and R1-J1
• The real life counterparts of all these droids can be found at the Blackspire Outpost at Galaxy's Edge
• EG-01 is an entirely new sculpt
• The dome cover can be taken off the droid, which then reveals the inner workings (nice!)
• The dome has a hole in the top where an accessory could be plugged in
• The antenna on the top of the dome is not removable
• Both legs can be swiveled back and forth
• The paint application on the droid looks nice, it was given a subtle wash from all sides
