MORE INFORMATION

  • This R7-A7 astromech droid was released in a Celebrate The Saga multipack titled Jedi Order in October 2020
  • The other figures in this set were Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu and Ahsoka's Astromech Droid Yoda
  • Astromech droid R7-A7 is Ahsoka Tano's astromech droid and could be seen in several episodes of the Clone Wars animated TV show
  • For this figure Hasbro used the popular build-a-droid sculpt and R7-A7 can be taken apart into several parts: the dome, 2 outer legs, 1 middle leg, 1 body
  • R7-A7's dome can be rotated 360°
  • There are no hidden panels or gadgets built into the droid
  • The middle leg can be unplugged
  • All three feet have small wheels in the bottom so that the droid can be rolled around
  • There is no dirt or weathering on the droid
  • The dome has a hole in the top where an accessory could be plugged in (an accessory was not included)
  • The mechanical details underneath the dome were unfortunately left unpainted and has the purple color of the body instead of a silver color
  • R7-A7 stands very safely on display without any balancing issues
  • Considering that this droid sculpt is 13 years old as of this database entry, it holds up quite well overall, so well actually that the same sculpt was used for the Vintage Collection R2-D2 figure
  • As of this review this is the only time that Hasbro has released Ahsoka Tano's astromech droid
