MORE INFORMATION

  • This Vintage Collection Emperor's Royal Guard figure was released in April 2021 single carded
  • The figure is a re-work of the previously available Vintage Collection Emperor's Royal Guard figure from 2012
  • For this release Hasbro gave the figure the photo real face print update and used a thinner and better fitting soft-goods material for the robe
  • Hasbro included enough accessories so that you can replicate the Royal Guard as seen in The Return Of The Jedi or the Royal Guard as seen in the comic book series "Crimson Empire"
  • The soft-goods robe is easily removable and it's not as bulky anymore as the one which was included with the 2012 release, look at the comparison image
  • The blaster fits well into the holster which is nicely hidden underneath the robe
  • The figure can't hold the blaster in the right hand but it fits well into the left
  • Both helmets fit well over the head
  • The shoulder armor wraps nicely around the neck
  • The Force Pike and the Battle Staff fit OK into the hands
  • The Royal Guard's head sculpt looks fantastic and the photo real update looks marvelous in person
  • It's quite difficult to display the figure with the Force Pike upright over the shoulder as seen in Return Of The Jedi but with enough patience it's possible to make it look good
  • The figure stands nicely on its own without falling over
  • This is a truly fantastic release, a super articulated figure, two helmets, three weapons along with removable shoulder armor and a removable soft-goods robe, combined with a photo real face update and a better fitting robe all packaged on a Kenner-nostalgia card, this figure should be in everybody's collection!
