MORE INFORMATION

This Ahsoka Tano figure was released in the "Ambush On The Vulture's Claw" battlepack in late August 2009. Ahsoka appeared with her poncho on in the Clone Wars episode "Downfall Of A Droid". The figure is a repack of the previously single-carded released animated Ahsoka Tano figure from wave 2 of the Clone Wars series. This time however the figure came with a removable soft goods poncho as seen in the Clone Wars episode "Downfall Of A Droid".

The figure has a total of twelve joints, only missing articulated elbows. Ahsoka's poncho looks and fits great, but it's a little bit too short when compared to the one she wore in the Clone Wars episode. The paint application in her face looks spot on with nice green accents and dark blue patterns on her head. The paint job is about 99% identical to the single carded release. Due to Ahsoka's petite stature the figure can barely stand on it's own, and you'll very likely need a stand so you don't have to pick her up every time you walk pass your shelf. Hasbro included Ahsoka's green lightsaber and a removable soft-goods poncho with the figure. The lightsaber fits well in her right hand, but unfortunately due to the lack of elbows, you are somewhat limited as to how you can pose her with the saber in her hand.

All in all, it's a decent Ahsoka figure, which looks great with the poncho on. If you already own the first version though, you can pass on this one, because the figures themselves are identical, incl. the paint job.

PACKAGING TEXT

R2-D2 is lost during a space battle, and Anakin is determined to find him. The Jedi spots a Trandoshan scavenger ship near the debris field, but the ship's shady oprator, Gha Nachkt, denies finding an R2 unit. Anakin and his Padawan Ahsoka encounter plenty of deception and danger as they search the salvage vessel for Artoo.

Because the Trandoshan distrusts the Jedi, Ahsoka wears a poncho to conceal her identity.
