• This Black Series George Lucas figure was released in the United States single carded in May 2022
• The figure pays homage to the maker George Lucas and the Kenner-style toy packaging from the 1970s
• This version of George Lucas uses the body of the regular Black Series Stormtrooper with a newly sculpted head
• This is the second time that Hasbro has made George Lucas as a Stormtrooper, the first one was released in 2007 in the 3 3/4" scale, have a look here: George Lucas in Stormtrooper Disguise
• Hasbro included two accessories with the figure, a removable Stormtrooper helmet and a blaster
• The weapon fits well into both hands and the helmet fits tightly over the head
• Unfortunately the helmet is too small when compared to the rest of the body
• There is no original trilogy holster on the figure's belt where the blaster could be stored in, which would technically place this figure somewhere in the Rogue One timeline
• The included blaster is different from a regular E-11 blaster, it has a longer magazine sticking out on the side and it has a flashlight attached
• The shoulder bells are made out of very soft plastic so that you get a better range of motion for the arms
• The head sculpt looks nice but it feels too small in comparison with the rest of the body
• This George Lucas action figure stands well on display without falling over
• Overall this figure is a nice tribute for Lucasfilm's 50th anniversary, and a great figure to have on the shelf to pay tribute to the man who with his seemingly endless creativity and perseverance gave us wonderful stories to last a lifetime and beyond
