MORE INFORMATION

  • This Black Series K-7R1 droid was released exclusively through Disney in March 2022 in a multipack titled Droid Depot
  • The other figures in this set were a Pit Droid, a Battle Droid, Babu Frik and CB-23
  • K-7R1 can be seen inside the Galaxy's Edge Droid Depot inside Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida
  • This figure is a repaint of K-2SO
  • Even though K-7R1 didn't come with any weapons or accessories the droid is able to hold regular blasters
  • The paint application on the droid is unqiue
  • The elbows, knees and ankle joints were given clear plastic pieces so that you can see through them
  • Hasbro managed to capture the likeness of the droid very well while at the same time ultra articulate it with extremely well hidden and nicely stiff joints
  • K-7R1 keeps the balance well even in dynamic battle poses and that's not easy to do with thin long legs and a height which is over 7 inches tall
