MORE INFORMATION

  • Axe Woves was released single boxed in late 2022 but most collectors didn't get the figure until early January 2023
  • Axe Woves can be seen in several episodes of the Mandalorian TV series
  • The figure came with a removable helmet, a blaster and a jet-pack
  • The helmet fits well over the head and the range-finder on it can be moved up and down
  • The blaster fits well into both hands and into the holster
  • The soft plastic shoulder bells move out of the way when the arms are raised
  • The jet-pack comes off surprisingly easily from the back, it doesn't plug in as firmly as is typically the case with TBS 6" figures
  • The thrusters on the jet-pack can be swiveled slightly back and forth and flame attachments could be plugged in (these were not included)
  • Axe Woves looks pretty cool overall, the proportions are spot on, the portrait looks fantastic, and the helmet, the chest and thigh armor parts were given some scratches to give it a used look (nice!)
  • It's great to see that the blaster was painted instead of being just unpainted gray plastic
  • This Axe Woves figure turned out quite well and fits right in with the other Mandalorians released in the Black Series line
