• Captain Howzer was released single carded in July 2023
• The figure is a re-release of the VC270 Captain Ballast figure from 2022
• This time around the figure was released with the correct name on the packaging (Captain Howzer, not Captain Ballast), and the figure was available by itself instead of being packed into a 4 figure set
• Captain Howzer came with a blaster, a removable shoulder pauldron and a helmet
• The helmet fits well over the head and the figure is able to hold the blaster in both hands
• The shoulder pauldron can be taken off the figure, simply unplug the head and pull it off the figure
• The armor was kept in a clean appearance but there are scratches and subtle dirt found on the armor and the helmet
• Captain Howzer stands well on display without falling over even in dynamic poses
