MORE INFORMATION

This Nikto Gunner was released individually carded during the Legacy Collection in 2009's Return Of The Jedi wave. Unfortunately, the character doesn't have a name, hence the figure is named after its species. The character can be seen several times throughout some of the scene's in Jabba's Palace.

This Nikto guard is super articulated with 14 joints, including ball-joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. The figure stands securely on its own without the need for a stand. The blaster unfortunately doesn't fit in either of the figure's hands and keeps falling out. Luckily though, it fits nicely into the holster located on the right side. The headdress is made out of soft plastic and can easily be removed or put over the head. It sits a bit loose, but works if you don't move the figure too much. The included machine gun is pretty kick ass, because it's in scale with the figure and can be clipped-on a railing, like on your Skiff for example.

The paint application is well done with various brownish and green colors on the body and the harness, which gives the figure a somewhat dirty, dungeony look. The details on the figure look great, and the facial sculpt has all the features of the movie counterpart. All in all, this super articulated Nikto Gunner can easily be recommended, especially if you want to expand on your Jabba's Palace figures!
