MORE INFORMATION

  • Scorch was released single boxed in early March 2023 exclusively through GameStop
  • The figure completes the Delta Squad crew, you can find the other crew members here: Fixer, Sev and Boss
  • For Scorch Hasbro essentially repainted the Black Series Hunter figure and added a new helmet
  • Even though Hunter came with five accessories and a human head with removable helmet, this is not the case here for Scorch
  • The only accessories included with Scorch were a blaster and a backpack
  • The backpack plugs firmly into a hole in the back
  • The blaster fits well into both hands
  • There is no head underneath the helmet
  • The shoulder bells are made out of very soft plastic which bend if you move the arms more than 90° up (nice!)
  • There is a hole in Scorch's left forearm, a left-over feature from the Hunter figure, which has no functionality and should not be in this figure
  • The figure was painted well but a more beat-up look the way Scorch was seen in the 2005 video game would have been nice
  • For an exclusive figure which comes at a higher price point than the basic assortment release of the Black Series Hunter figure, collectors should be getting better paint apps and more accessories, not less
  • Scorch stands well on display without falling over
