• This NED-B Black Series figure was released in the middle of August 2023
• NED-B was packed together with a Phase II armor Purge Stormtrooper and was only available through Amazon.com
• The figure is a repaint of the previously released Black Series NED-B figure from 2022, it also comes with the same accessories
• The droid can be seen in the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series
• NED-B came with a B-1 Battle Droid blaster, a removable backpack and a hammer
• The weapon and the tool fit well into the hands
• The backpack plugs into a hole in the back and there are two cables in the back which can be plugged into the backpack
• NED-B stands an impressive 6.6" tall (16.8 cm)
• Luckily the joints in this figure are stiff and the height and additional weight of the backpack don't impact the figure's balance
• Hasbro tried to give NED-B a more metalic "carbonized" appearance, but it falls flat unfortunately, the differences to the original release are minimal
• The sculpt looks great and the action figure looks closely to what the droid looked like in the TV series, but the original paint application on the 2022 figure matches the on-screen counterpart much closer and is much preferred over this release

Though he isn't programmed to speak, towering loader droid NED-B finds other ways to express himself and prove his loyalty to those he deems worthy.
