MORE INFORMATION

  • This Black Series Mara Jade figure was released in July 2024 as part of a 4-pack which was a shared exclusive between HasbroPulse.com and DisneyStore.com
  • The other figures in this set are archived here: Luuke, Luke Skywalker and Joruus C'baoth
  • All four figures are based on Timothy Zahn's The Last Command novel from April 1993
  • Mara Jade is a repack of this Mara Jade figure from last year (2023), but now it also includes an additional head sculpt where the hat is sculpted onto the figure
  • Mara Jade comes with a purple lightsaber, a blaster, a removable goggles/scarf combo, and a harness
  • To remove the harness or the goggles/scarf combo, you need to pop off the head first
  • The goggles/scarf combo is sculpted as one piece and can only hang down on the front
  • The additional head sculpt looks superb and with a secon portrait it's now possible to display Mara Jade with the hat on or off in your display
  • The lightsaber hilt can be hung from the belt
  • The purple lightsaber blade easily detaches from the hilt
  • Mara Jade can hold the lightsaber only loosely in the right hand, but she has a good grip on the blaster
  • The blaster fits snugly into the holster
  • Both face expressions look neutral and it would have been nice to get one face with more emotion
  • The head sculpts and photo real prints look impressive however
  • The paint application is well done, but some unpainted details on the belt remain (just like on the previous Mara Jade figure)
  • Mara Jade's skin tone on the arms is accurately represented, the flesh tone is not too bright and not too dark
  • The arms look good and besides the elbows there aren't any other joints in the arms which would be distracting aesthetically
  • All in all, the figure does a great job capturing Mara Jade's likeness, and if you're a fan of Timothy Zahn's stories from the 90s, then this figure belongs into your collection
