• Even though this Chewbacca figure was pipeline revealed by the Hasbro Star Wars team as being in-development in June 2024, it took another year to show the figure to collectors at San Diego Comic Con 2025, and a few additional months for the figure to be released
• Chewbacca arrived on collector's doorsteps in September 2025 single carded
• This new interpretation of our favorite Wookiee came with a two piece bowcaster, which the figure can hold well in the right hand
• The bandolier with satchel is not removable from Chewbacca
• Chewbacca seems to have the correct height and he stands about a head taller than the latest 3 3/4" Han Solo figure
• The different shades of brown on the fur look great and the sculpt captures Chewbacca nicely
• Even though the paint application on Chewbacca looks nice, we would have liked to see some weathering on his satchel
• Chewie feels a little skinny, especially the legs, but that's not a deal breaker by any means
• It's nice to see that the plastic is softer around the hands and forearms which makes it a little easier to pose the figure
• The aggressive mouth open portrait looks great in person and a neutral head sculpt will likely be released in the near future
• We experienced no balancing issues with Chewbacca while taking pictures of him for this figure entry
• This Chewbacca figure turned out well, and combined with the cool looking alternate call-out image on the card, it makes a nice addition to the 3 3/4" line-up

Chewbacca is a legendary Wookiee warrior with a big heart known for his short temper, accuracy with a bowcaster, and unwavering loyalty to his friends.
