• This Ponda Baba figure was released single carded in July 2025
• This is the third time that this particular figure was released, it first came out in 2011 (Vintage Collection Ponda Baba), which was then re-released in Hasbro's 3 3/4" Black Series line (Black Series Ponda Baba) in 2017
• Hasbro included a lot of interchangeable parts so that every movie scene Ponda Baba was in can be recreated
• All interchangeable parts fit well and can be switched within a matter of seconds
• The right arm can be split so that the figure can be displayed with a severed arm
• Hasbro included regular furry hands and Ponda Baba's "flipper" hands, they are easy to change
• The blaster fits well into the hands and into the holster
• The belt, the holster and the jacket are not removable
• The cup is a good fit for the hands
• Thanks to ball-jointed knee joints it's possible to have Ponda Baba sit on a bar stool
• Hasbro painted the figure well and the sculpt captures the likeness of Ponda Baba very well
• Unfortunately the head looks rather small on this figure and Hasbro yet again didn't paint the yellow stripe going down the pants on both sides
• The figure stands well and has no balancing issues

A burly Aqualish thug, Ponda Baba smuggled spice for Jabba the Hutt alongside his friend Dr. Cornelius Evazan, a murderous former surgeon. Ponda Baba was rescued from a bounty hunter assault by Evazan.
