MORE Chalmun INFO

  • Chalmum is a character debut in the 3 3/4" line and was released in early October 2026 as part of a 4-pack, exclusively through HasbroPulse.com
  • Chalmun was a male Wookiee and the owner of Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina in Mos Eisley, Tatooine. Originally a street fighter, he swindled tourists on Ord Mantell until he had enough money to buy his cantina from the Vriichon brothers
  • Chalmun’s Expanded Universe origins date back to 1993, when he was first mentioned by name in Galaxy Guide 7: Mos Eisley, a West End Games role-playing supplement written by Martin Wixted. In 1995, the Wookiee cantina owner appeared in Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina, including Kathy Tyers’s short story “We Don’t Do Weddings: The Band’s Tale.” That same year, Ralph McQuarrie depicted Chalmun in The Mos Eisley Cantina Pop-Up Book, giving readers a look at the proprietor who never appeared onscreen in A New Hope
  • Chalmun came with three accessories, a blaster, a removable plastic vest and a mug
  • The blaster fits well in to Chalmun's hands/paws and it can be stored in the holster nicely
  • If you prefer to display the figure without the jacket on you can do so, simply pull it off the arms
  • The mug is a good fit for both hands
  • This is a tall figure and Chalmun stands about one full head taller than a regular 3 3/4" figure
  • The sculpt, the paint application, it all comes together nicely in this figure to make one cool looking Wookiee based on his 90ties expanded universe appearance
  • Chalmun stands nicely on display without balancing issues
  • Who would have thought that about 35 years after Chalmun's first appearance we would get a 3 3/4" figure of him? That alone should qualify him for a spot in your collection, make sure you get him added, he's great!
