Garindan was released in early October 2026 as part of a 4-pack, exclusively through HasbroPulse.com
Garindan is the spy who tells on our heroes in front of Dockingbay 94 in the original Star Wars movie
Hasbro included a commlink, a blaster and a removable soft-goods cape
The commlink fits nicely into the left hand, and it can be plugged into the belt for storage (fantastic!)
The blaster is a good fit for the right hand
The goggles are not removable and can't be adjusted
The cape is almost the star of this release, it truly looks and feels fantastic the way it sits on the figure
The hood sits right on top of the head which looks fantastic and is not easy to do in soft-goods (remember those gaps on all those Emperor Palpatine hoods?)
The sculpt, the paint, it all works on this release and this version of Garindan can easily be recommended
Originally we thought that the 2006 Saga Collection Garindan figure didn't need an update, but now holding this new version in hand, it's easy to see that it's a nice upgrade
We saw no balancing issues with Garindan while taking the pictures for this figure entry
