This MSE Polar MSE Droid was released packed-in together with the Imperial Remnant Warlord Commander Barro in the middle of July 2026 exclusively at Target stores
The MSE droid can briefly be seen in the Star Wars: The Mandalorian And Grogu movie
The droid came with two removable bumpers, one on the front and one on the back
Being able to remove the bumpers gives you the option to display the MSE droid in slightly different configurations (helpful when you end up with multiple and want to make them look a little different from one another on the shelf)
The wheels on the underside are functional, operating as a linked front pair and a linked rear pair rather than rotating independently
The paint application looks rather plain and a little bit of weathering or dirt would have improved the little one
The droid stands well on display with zero concerns of every falling over
All in all, it's a pretty cool design and refreshing to see that the Empire had different versions of the MSE droids! This is a figure debut in the Black Series line, and it's a bonus pack-in, so make sure to add this one to your collection if you are looking to expand your post-Jedi Imperial troops
