MORE R4-6D0 INFO

  • Astromech droid R4-6D0 was released in Disney Parks and DisneyStore.com on May The Fourth 2026 single carded
  • The droid was Grief Karga's astromech droid on Nevarro in the third season of the Mandalorian TV series
  • This is the fifth build-a-droid in the line-up for 2026
  • Collectors will need all six figures in the series to complete Protocol Droid TC-332, and R4-6D0 includes the extra right leg needed for that build
  • R4-6D0 is a character debut in the 3 3/4" Star Wars action figure line
  • For this release, Disney used the popular Build A Droid astromech sculpt and slightly updated it with cables on the front of the feet, which is a welcome improvement
  • There are no opening panels on the body, but the figure can be separated into the dome, the middle leg, and the two outer legs
  • Because the middle leg is removable, R4-6D0 can be displayed either in a moving pose with all three legs extended or in a stationary pose with only the two outer legs on the ground
  • The dome rotates 360 degrees and features a hole at the top where accessories from other compatible figures can be plugged in
  • When the dome is removed, the interior reveals nicely painted silver mechanical details
  • Unfortunately, our version had two differently long legs (the right one is longer than the left), which made the figure lean to the left)
  • The figure however has no balancing issues despite the differently long legs
  • The paint applications are clean, and the color tones match the droid from the Mandalorian tv series
  • Overall, R4-6D0 is a well executed Disney Store Droid Factory release, and nice addition to the collection considering that it had never been done before, but we certainly would have preferred to equally long legs ...
